New can someone give me some insight to my results

Hi all
The last few years I have been having symptoms of low t ie low mood, fatigue, low libido and trouble working out ie taking long time to recover etc. My doctor diagnosed me with depression 3 years ago only recently I noticed a article on low t and symptoms so went and got my blood tests done and they came back Low so took another test and the same again so she referred me to see endocrinologist. I have received another blood test form which I did today and I see them next week. I have been reading on here for a while and decided to join and post my results.

Looks like your low. I'm not sure what your specific question is but yes the numbers are low.
Your signal isn't terrible, referring to the LH and FSH, although LH could be a touch higher. Looks like your testicles simply aren't pumping a lot out. Anyway, anyone would have symptoms with the numbers you display. Hopefully you'll get some good treatment.

Generally speaking injections are more effective than gels or creams.

Make sure you have follow up blood work done somewhere around 5-7wks after starting treatment and make sure the physician is measuring estradiol, preferably using the Sensitive Estradiol panel as it's far more accurate for men.
Make sure your physician is willing to prescribe an AI for elevated estrogen levels should one be needed, it's not always needed but sometimes it is .

Make sure your physician is keeping up with the thickness of your blood during treatment - specifically hematocrit, RCB, etc. If blood gets too thick, that's when it's recommended that you donate a pint of blood. Some men have to do this 1-2 times per year, even less have to do it every 90 days or so but it is required for some men.

If you are still interested in having kids, make sure you talk to your doctor about using HCG with your testosterone. HCG has other benefits as well, primarily helping to keep testosterone levels stable in between injections so that there are less fluctuations in levels.

Make sure you're going to a doctor that understands testosterone has to be injected on a once per week basis, not once every 2-3wks. The latter is a very old protocol but some doctors, unfortunately, will still hold to protocols used in the 1960's. Such protocols will have your testosterone levels all over the place with very high highs and low lows constantly. You will never stabilize.
Some men also do better on 2 injections per week. In such cases, the total dose is the same as a once per week protocol but it's split into two smaller equal doses, such as Monday and Thursday.

Those are just some basic things to keep in mind.

So finally after a 3 month wait, I manage to see the specialist today but he was off with a broken leg.

So this is what the stand in doctor said

The min and max values are for my age group not a broad spectrum.
You cant really measure free testosterone.
Free testosterone is not used to decide if you need testosterone therapy.
My symptoms are very vague.
I mentioned to her my LH level was quite low her answer it's in range.

So from the appointment the only thing she says is to take another blood test at 9am with out having anything to eat 12 hours before and book a another appointment for six weeks time. ( ive already done 3 blood tests one of them being 5 days ago)

Hopefully she is just delaying me so I can see the other doctor.

I'm feeling p****d off she gave me no answers or possible causes or solutions and I have to wait another six weeks aarhhhhhhhhhhhh

Not sure what to do next. Just seeing if anyone else is from the uk and give me some advice
