Low Sex Drive Not Really the Issue

So I was diagnosed Low-T a few months ago. My pcp and I are still figuring things out; Right now I am at 200cc shot every 3 weeks (would love to know if this seems conservative from other people's povs). keep wondering if I need a specialist.

My second shot, in the thigh, just never did anything. I am guessing for some reason it didn't absorb.

My third shot (back to the ass)--last week--seems to have helped, but I can't say I feel great. I get by. frankly, by the end of the day I need Tylenol and a few whiskies to find human again.

I guess my question/statement is that from everything I read with Low T, a lessened libido is the MAIN issue. While I suppose I have that issue(hard to say as my wife and I have a 6 month old baby, so between the pregnancy and the last 6 months sex isn't really on the table very much but when it is things go okay [since the shot I haven't noticed longer lasting power])

[B]My issue is aches and pains and fatigue and generally feeling like crap. Who cares about low sex drive with all that going on?

I guess I am just wondering if this other peoples' experiences. The few people I have mentioned my Low T to--family and friends--immediately assume my junk doesn't work and they don't get they're pointing out the drapes are dirty while the house is on fire.

Btw I am 45 and about 235 (6ft) and in fair health (meaning I don't exercise as much as I should.)
