New to the forum and looking for advice

I am wondering if I may get some advice on some of my latest Testosterone labs. For some reason, over the last several months, my testosterone levels have dropped quite a bit and I am not sure why. I do even notice my sex drive decreasing. When I first started taking a bioidentical T, within a few weeks, I noticed some really positive changes. Now, not so much.

    Bioidentical T - 40mg twice a day with these

    Mar 24, 2014

    Testosterone; 21.2 (7.6-31.4 nmol/L)
    Free T; 38.7 (25-80)
    Progesterone; 1.3 (0.7-4.3nmol/L)
    Estradiol 76 (<157 pmol/L)
    SHBG; 46 (16-56 nmol/L)

    Feb 2, 2014

    Testosterone; 27.9 (7.6-31.4 nmol/L)
    Free T; 63; (25-80)
    DHEAS; 4.6 (1.2-8.98 umol/L)

Bioidentical T - 20mg twice a day with this blood work

    Nov 1, 2013

    Testosterone; 23.2 (7.6-31.4 nmol/L)
    Free T; 46.2; (25-80)

No Testosterone cream prior to this date.

    Aug 1, 2013
    Testosterone; 22.4 (7.6-31.4 nmol/L)
    Free T; 38.3; (25-80)
    Progesterone; 2.0 (0.7-4.3 nmol/L)
    Estradiol 93 (<157 pmol/L)
    DHEAS; 6.5 (1.2-8.98 umol/L)

Also, the medications and supplements I am taking right now are:
    Natural Dessicated Thyroid
    Compounded T3

My libido seems to be worse even after starting these a month ago.
Might these affect testosterone or sex drive?
    Turmeric
    Stinging Nettle
    AdrenaSense (adrenal formula)

Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this.

Testosterone cream doesn't work for a lot of men. For those that it does, it's very common for their body to adapt and the absorption becomes less and less. This problem does not exist with injectable testosterone.

    Hi Justin

Thanks for the reply. I didn't see until now.
I didn't know this actually. I guess I want to try and figure out why I am low in the first place. It may have something to do with high cortisol. If this is resolved, have you heard of testosterone coming back up?
Injectable testosterone frightens me a little. Not that I know anything about it, but it does.

High cortisol levels can have a negative impact on testosterone production. If this issue is resolved, while it may very well help your situation it's impossible to say off hand how much. Will it be enough? Again that's impossible to know. You'd need to first find out if you have a cortisol problem. It does happen, but if I had to put money on it I'd lean towards you being non-responsive to transdermal testosterone simply because this is more common.

Injectable testosterone, this scares a lot of guys because it has the word "Injectable" attached to it and in all honesty it seems crazy. It seemed insane to me too at one time but once you've done it a few times it becomes as simple as taking a drink of water. Most guys laugh a little at how simple and easy it is. As for the testosterone itself, testosterone is testosterone regardless of the form of administration, naturally made by the body or bought from a pharmacy. I have heard some doctors say injectable testosterone is more dangerous than say cream or a patch but there is no basis to this claim. Once the testosterone is in the body, and it's not active until it's in the body, once inside you're left with the same identical testosterone.
