I searched around a bit and didn't see a list of what tests are included in the initial blood panels? If I am missing the list could you point me to it or post it?

CBC
Lipids
Free & Total Testosterone

Initial if currently on Testosterone

Estradiol

The following items can be added to either blood test for the following cost:

DHEA Sulfate: $40
IGF-1: $50
Thyroid w/TSH: $40
Vitamin B12: $25
Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy: $50
Cortisol, Cortisol AM or Cortisol PM: $40
Prolactin: $40

Additional Blood Test - At anytime during your treatment you'd like to purchase additional blood testing beyond what's included in the program, you can do so. Remember, there are 3 blood test the first year that are included in the cost of your program, so there's no extra charge for those but additional testing can be purchased.

Just to make sure I understand, the 2nd and all following tests include Estradiol and drop LH & FSH? And if you add the DHEA and D during the first visit they are each $10 less than adding to 2nd and following visits? Thanks for the response.

DHEA: $40 & VitD:$50 are always that price when added to any blood test. They are $10 more if purchased individually on their own.
