It is listed in the ingridients as DHEA, not SR. However, it's taken twice per day. The support formula has a morning and nighttime version, both contain DHEA.

Simply follow the directions on the bottle. The amounts contained are listed on the bottle. If the dr. directs you to take more or less that's up to you and the dr.

5. Since the Injectable B12 is prescription I would guess the $15 prescription applies, correct? What about the others since they are OTC?
Yes, it would apply to the B12 but it would not for the other items.
