Is my doctor irresponsible????
Hi, fellow low testosteroners,
a friend said that I should change doctors quickly. The reason is that based on the following findings (I am 42):
total T: 241 ng/dL
free T: 1.4 pg/mL
he recommended:
1) Self inject 1cc of Depotestosterone (200mg/cc) every 10 days
2) Take 1mg tablet of Arimidex 2 times per week.
3) Take 1mg tablet of Propecia daily
The reason he prescribed propecia is because I lost a lot of hair during a couple of years on t a few years ago. And I work in an industry where I really need my hair. And I simply cannot afford to go bald at 42. Which is why I am also taking Rogaine 5% (Minoxidil)
The only other med I am taking is Adderall 10mg once per day. That is because it was hard for me to concentrate and stay awake. I am thinking this might get better with the T?
Please le me know what yout think.
