Could someone please review my lab results and let me know what they think. I think estradiol is fairly high and want to lower it.
Testosterone, Serum: 715 ng/dL
Free Testosterone(Direct): 22.2 pg/mL
DHEA-Sulfate: 311.8 ug/dL
Estradiol: 38.9 pg/mL
Prostate Specific Ag, Serum: 1.2 ng/mL
Prolactin: 9.0 ng/mL
My age is 33 btw
It's not terribly high but it is above the optimal range. 20-30 is about perfect for most men.
Any suggestions on how to lower it?
Talk to your doctor about Anastrozole.

Curious, are you experiencing high E2 symptoms? If so, what are they?

Your E2 is not too high. Especially with your TT being at 700+.
If you do want to lower it- lose body fat, cut back on alcohol, take zinc, vitamin c, and last but certainly not least based on my findings- take a fish oil with a good amount of DHA.
edit: I spent a lot of time researching fish oils and I came out with Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega. Good stuff.
