I would like to see what anyone thinks about my numbers and whether or not I need replacement therapy. I am 60 yr old male and my TOTAL Testosterone was 184.7 / SHBG 21 / and Free 60.00 pg/ml.....
My primary says I should see a good endo regarding therapy. My cardiologist says the same and my ENDO says I don't need therapy since my readings are ok due to my low SHBG.........??? I am so confused... Any suggestions?

Do you have any symptoms? I would be very surprised if you didn't have symptoms with those numbers. My advice - find a doctor that does not rely only on numbers but takes numbers and symptoms both into account. That said, I am surprised your endo said you are fine with those numbers. Your numbers are very low. If you'd like, you can give us call and we can see what we can do for you if you'd like to set up an appointment with one of our doctors and see what they say.
