New member, a bit of my story, and some questions moving forward

Hey everyone, new member here. Long story short, I've been dealing with low/low normal T for about 7-8 years (that was my first blood test at least) now. I am 27 now. I tested at 134 on my first test (I was in shape, lifting, perfect diet, 170lbs), and have never tested higher than 490 at any point. My most recent bloodwork is below (December 23rd). Note that I did a stint of TRT (no HCG) for about 4 months this summer and my last shot was November 3rd. I am looking for direction on where to go next. My problem has always been low LH and FSH, causing Low T and Low free T. Everything else I've ever tested comes back normal (although thyroid function in the labs below seems a little low). For some reason my pituitary just doesn't want to send out the LH and FSH signals (I've had an MRI and nothing was found).

So, any suggestions? In addition to the tests below, I will be testing DHEAs, Progesterone, and DHT. I'm not sure what else to test. SHGB is not listed below but it's always come back on the low side. I am in search of a root cause of my Low T, and trying to find out WHY my LH and FSH is low. Please help!

Your LH and FSH levels are more than likely still low due to the past stint of TRT. It can take months, up to a year to recover prior LH and FSH levels, and even then it's no guarantee.
